Wide Format Printing

We can print a range of rigid substrates:

Corflute (3mm, 5mm) – corrugated plastic – great low-cost short to medium-term signs such as real estate, elections, events and more
Metal (3mm ACM, or 0.55mm steel Colorbond) – used for long term outdoor signage
Foamboard (5mm, 10mm) – great for temporary and indoor signs and point-of-sale displays
Acrylic (range of colours and thicknesses) – acrylic is highly versatile and typically used in lightbox prints, reception signs, custom 3D signs, and custom light-up signs
PVC (2mm, 3mm, 5mm) – hard-foamed PVC can be used for medium term outdoor signs, point of sale displays, exhibition displays, partitions and more
Polypropylene (0.8mm, 1.4mm) – hard plastic suitable for medium term signs and display items. Can be cut to shape. Also used in stencils.
Corrugated board (2mm, 3mm) – perfect for boxes, self-standing cut-outs, mounting boards, header cards, and other point-of-sale displays, as well as shipping/mailing boxes
Screen board (1mm, 2mm) – perfect for mounting or hanging sign
Artboard (400gsm) – great for point-of-sale posters
Custom materials available on request.

Most items are available with 1-side or 2-sided print. Sizes up to 1200x2400mm.
Most substrates can be router-cut to shape.

Banners & Posters

Wide format printing is also available for the following types of media:

Outdoor Vinyl banners – 550-610gsm vinyl banner suitable for outdoor banners. Can be finished with eyelets, ropes, rod pockets and more.
Indoor Banners – 440gsm polyester indoor banners Mesh Banners – perfect for construction sites or where reducing wind pressure is necessary.
Fabric Banners – fabric banners are lightweight and easily to fold up and transport. We also print fabric flags and tablecloths.
Pull Up banners – pull-up or pop-up banners are perfect for events, retail and office displays.
Magnets – We can print custom magnets for cars, fridge magnets, business cards and more.
Backlit Film – A white translucent polyester film used for backlit lightbox posters.
Posters – 200gsm paper or 200gsm synthetic polypropylene-based posters. Sizes up to 1500x3000mm.
